• Contact details: your mobile phone number, and your name and email address if you choose to provide them.
• Home and service details: ZIP code, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, approximate home size, cleaning type, frequency, add-ons, preferred timing or date, and any notes or instructions you share.
• Optional photos: images you upload, their file names, and any information contained in the image files, including embedded metadata.
• Communications: information you send by email, phone, or text when we discuss your request.

Our hosting provider also processes technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request timing, to deliver and protect the website. Our quote service uses a hashed value derived from your IP address and browser information to limit repeated submissions.

The quote form does not collect payment card details. Please do not include passwords, alarm codes, financial information, or other sensitive details in notes or photos.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to check our service area, prepare estimates, respond to questions, discuss availability, arrange requested cleaning, and remember preferences for recurring visits. We also use technical information to keep the site working, prevent spam and abuse, troubleshoot errors, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Providing your phone number lets us follow up by text about your quote and related service arrangements. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP or contact us to ask us to stop texting. Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to promotional messages.

4. Your photos

Photos are optional and help us understand the cleaning needed. Uploaded photos are stored in a private storage bucket rather than a public website gallery. We use them to evaluate and plan your requested service; we will not publish them or use them in advertising without your separate permission.

Only upload photos you have permission to share. Avoid showing people, documents, valuables, or private details that are not needed for an estimate. Image files may contain location or device metadata; remove it before uploading if you do not want to share it.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Information is available to our team and the providers needed to operate the site and respond to your request:

• Cloudflare: hosts and secures the website, stores quote records and private photos, and delivers quote notification emails. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
• Google / Gmail: receives quote notification emails in our business inbox and processes email correspondence. Notifications contain contact and home details, notes, and a photo count; uploaded photo files are stored separately. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts: supplies the website’s fonts. Your browser connects to Google to load them, transmitting technical request information such as your IP address and browser information. See Google Fonts’ FAQ.
• Communication providers: email, phone, and mobile carriers process messages or calls when we communicate with you.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our service. We do not sell personal information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics on this website. Our quote form does not use cookies or browser storage to save your answers between visits. Hosting and security services may use necessary cookies or similar technologies to deliver and protect the site.

We do not track visitors’ activity over time across other websites, or enable third-party advertising trackers to do so here. External font and hosting providers receive technical requests as described above.

The site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, a Global Privacy Control signal does not change our current practices. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Storage, retention, and security

Quote records are stored in Cloudflare’s database, photos in private Cloudflare storage, and notification emails and correspondence in our business inbox. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

We retain information for as long as needed to handle your request, provide services, maintain relevant service records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether you book a service, maintain an ongoing relationship with us, or request deletion. Quote records and photos do not have a fixed automatic expiration period; you can request deletion as explained below.

We use safeguards such as private photo storage and submission rate limits to protect information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can guarantee complete security.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You can leave optional fields blank and request an estimate without uploading photos. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, email info@cleanclanla.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Include the phone number or email used for your request so we can locate it. Please do not send identity documents unless we ask for information needed to verify your request.

We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or deleting information. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, disputes, or other permitted reasons; we will explain any applicable limitation when responding.

California residents may have additional rights under applicable law, including rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. These rights depend on whether the law applies to the business and the request. Where applicable, we will honor those rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website and quote form are intended for adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
